Cancelations & Deposits

The Born Blonde requires 72 hour notice period for all appointment changes and cancellation.

Upon booking with The Born Blonde a card will be required to be placed on file, 30% of your service cost will be charged as a deposit 72 hours before your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the final service cost.

Deposits will be retained on file for future appointments if you cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. These deposits will remain valid for 6 months from the date of payment.

Late Arrivals 

Clients arriving late may be asked to reschedule their appointment. A new deposit will be required to secure a future booking. Failure to attend an appointment will result in the inability to make any future bookings.

Children

Children under 6 months of age are welcome to attend appointments, we kindly request that you inform The Born Blonde administration team prior to your appointment. For the comfort and safety of all our clients, we recommend that children over the age of 6 months do not attend appointments.

Public Holiday Surcharges 

The Born Blonde excepts booking for some calendared public holidays. Please note public holiday bookings incur a surcharge of 10%.

AfterPay 

To purchase with Afterpay, a minimum spend of $100 must be reached. For full terms and conditions of these services, please visit Afterpay directly. 

 Provision of Information

The Born Blonde required clients to complete and submit a Client Consultation Form In some cases, we may only be able to provide a limited range of services to you if you do not wish to provide the information required to complete a Client Consultation Form. We retain the right to refuse to provide our services to you in our absolute discretion.

By completing the Client Consultation Form, you warrant and represent that the information you provide to us is true and correct in all material respects and that you have provided all relevant information. Further, you acknowledge and agree that we accept no liability for any loss or damage that you suffer as a result of providing us with incorrect information or in connection with a failure to provide us with all relevant information in the Client Consultation Form.

Warranties

We warrant services provided by The Born Blonde for a period of 7 day from your initial service date. The Born Blonde must be notified of any concerns within 7 days of your initial service. Review and touch up appointment maybe schedule at cost price.This does not apply if you change your desired outcome or if you have failed to provide us with all relevant information in the Client Consultation Form.

Service Refunds 

General refunds will not be provided on services, We will provide refunds of services sold to you where we are required to do so by Australian Consumer Law. Refunds are not applicable for change of mind.
